We are delighted to be recognised as a Great Place to Work, following a staff survey and culture audit led by the international consulting and research institute, Great Place to Work.
We are very proud to have achieved an 83% Trust Index score, outperforming the 65% required to achieve accreditation. Our staff gave their job at LGT outstanding marks in numerous areas such as their assessment of the welcoming culture at the firm, how fairly they feel they are treated and the respect they are given by colleagues and management. 85% of our people are proud to work at LGT and 89% agree the firm is a "Great Place to Work".
In addition to the positive survey results, our measures to implement an optimal workplace culture throughout the pandemic impressed the Great Place to Work Institute.
