Bob is co-founder and managing director of Revolution Asset Management. He is responsible for leading the strategy for the Australian and New Zealand private debt portfolio.
Prior to establishing Revolution Asset Management, Bob held senior roles as Head of Direct Lending at Kapstream Capital and Head of Fixed Income at Challenger Limited. As Head of Fixed Income at Challenger Limited, from 2005 to 2016, Bob led an investment team of 14 staff managing leveraged finance/private debt, real estate debt, Asset Backed Securities, investment grade corporate credit and alternatives portfolios on behalf of both Challenger Life Company and a number of Australian superannuation funds.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of NSW, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
