Eligibility terms

Our advice is only available to wholesale clients as defined by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the ‘Act’). While there are a number of ways that a person may qualify as a wholesale client under the Act, a common way is a certificate provided by a qualified accountant verifying that the person: 

(i)    has net assets of at least $2.5m; or 
(ii)   has a gross income of at least $250,000 per year for each of the last two financial years; or 
(iii)  is a ‘professional investor’ as defined by the Act.
