He kick-started his career as a Tax Analyst at Goldman Sachs JBWere before joining UBS Wealth Management, where he honed his skills in financial planning and investment advice.
In 2013, Paul commenced with Escala Partners as an Investment Advisor and Partner. Throughout his decade-long tenure, he played a pivotal role in providing exceptional advice to ultra-high-net worth clients. Recognising the importance of supporting the entire family involved in the financial planning process, Paul takes pride in fostering long-term, trusting relationships.
Beyond his work with ultra-high-net worth clients, Paul extends his expertise to Family Offices and Not-for-Profit Organisations. His passion for making a positive impact is further demonstrated by his role as a Director of Cricket Victoria, where he was elected to the board in 2022.
