Your challenge

  • Proactive support of Relationship Managers in daily business, including correspondence, appointment coordination, account openings, compliance, call-backs, etc.  
  • Telephone support for intermediaries in general banking matters as well as relieving Assistant Relationship Managers of administrative tasks.  
  • Independent handling of transactions such as securities, foreign exchange, and derivative transactions in Avaloq, as well as ongoing client inquiries.  
  • Comprehensive support for external asset managers and fund managers, as well as their demanding clientele, in all operational matters.  
  • Responsibility for the ongoing due diligence of the client base and support in client onboarding as well as in complex clarifications.  
  • Support in professional tasks such as market research, internal clarifications, preparation of evaluations and presentations, as well as project participation.  
  • Deputy function for Senior Relationship Managers and building an internal and external network to further develop the business.  

Your profile

  • Completed banking or commercial training, ideally with initial experience in private client or intermediary business.  

  • Language skills: German at a native level and very good English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.  

  • Client-oriented personality with high self-initiative, innovation ability, quality awareness, and service readiness.  

  • Organisational strength: Good time management, prioritisation skills, and a structured way of working.  

  • Analytical thinking as well as pronounced teamwork and communication skills.  

  • Advisory affinity and a strong interest in the development and maintenance of long-term client relationships.  

  • Identification with the values of LGT and interest in long-term collaboration.
