Your challenge

  • Proactive and efficient support of team members in the development and expansion of our business with discerning wealthy private clients
  • Independent and proactive handling of day-to-day business including preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition appointments
  • Independent client interaction (pending case management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)
  • Efficient order acceptance and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions
  • Independent assumption of organisational and administrative tasks to relieve the Relationship Manager (m/f/d) (office management: agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
  • Collaboration in the organisation and preparation of customer events (invitation process) in cooperation with Marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with the customer advisors (m/f/d)
  • Optionally, there is the opportunity to work on internal projects
  • Pro-active use and application of the bank's existing internal AI tools and functionalities in day-to-day business

Your profile

  • Completed A-level degree or apprenticeship in the field of banking is required
  • Higher specialised education in banking or business administration an advantage
  • Experience in supporting private banking clients is an advantage
  • Knowledge of regulatory framework conditions in the private banking business (cross-border rules, MiFID, AML etc.)
  • Committed personality with a very high level of initiative
  • Strong client orientation and service orientation with the highest standards of quality and reliability
  • Empathetic personality with cultivated manners and very good communication skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for banks and bankers, so that a minimum gross salary of € 2.538,57 p.m. (*14) can be assumed. We offer - depending on specific qualifications and experience - a target bonus and a significant overpayment.
