Compliance Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract, 24 Months) (m/f/d) Vaduz

• Provide administrative support to the Due Diligence Compliance Special Investigations team.
• Prepare files and documentation for regulatory and public authorities, including the Financial Market Authority (FMA), the Princely Court and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
• Conduct name checks in relation to bank clients (name matching) and perform associated tasks.
• Independently carry out straightforward reviews as part of standard and enhanced due diligence procedures in accordance with the Due Diligence Act (SPG).
• Ensure that all tasks are handled accurately, reliably and within the required deadlines.
• Contribute to compliance with regulatory requirements and the effective support of the Due Diligence Compliance Special Investigations team.

For this responsible position, we are looking for a discreet and committed individual with the following profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in banking, or initial professional experience in the banking sector.
• Experience in an administrative support role and/or in Due Diligence Compliance is an advantage.
• Interest in technical matters and in finding practical solutions.
• An affinity for investigating matters related to anti-money laundering, coupled with a strong willingness to develop professionally.
• A methodical, structured and conscientious approach to work.
• A collaborative, reliable and self-directed working style.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
