Over the course of 18 months, you will get to know various business areas and build comprehensive knowledge for your target role as Relationship Officer Intermediaries. You will not only expand your technical expertise, but also develop your social and personal skills through exciting seminars – for example the onboarding week in Liechtenstein – and through exchanges with internal and external experts. A particular highlight is the two‑week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian private banking and work on a joint project. Throughout your time as a Graduate, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor who will support you in your professional and personal development. For your role as a future Business & Project Manager in the Intermediaries area (B2B business with external asset managers and fiduciaries), we focus on the following responsibilities:
Supporting project managers in the implementation of IT, process, market development and product expansion projects for financial intermediaries
Maintaining and further developing Power BI dashboards and conducting ad-hoc data analyses
Independently completing work packages and taking on smaller projects
Preparing presentations, drafting project documentation and developing decision-making bases
Direct communication with relationship managers, specialist departments and management
A very good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in Banking & Finance or Business Administration (completed no more than twelve months ago)
Strong interest in project management tasks and in actively helping to shape IT topics as well as the further development of the intermediaries business
Expert-level knowledge of MS Office and Power BI
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Very good command of German and English
Pronounced client orientation and strong communication skills
Interest in a long-term commitment at LGT
