Your challenge

As an Operations Analyst within the Cash, Fees and Reconciliations team, you will support Investment Advisers and Associates in managing incoming and outgoing cash, and processing assets under management fees.

Your Responsibilities

  • Daily reporting, reconciliations & checklist completion

  • Executing cash payments and receipts across AUD and multi-currencies

  • Managing cash and liquidity relating to client trading activity

  • Coordinate wholesale funding of our lending products with external vendors

  • Manage and coordinate interest rates

  • Manage all operational cash & asset reconciliations ensuring ownership and resolution is prioritised

  • Maintaining segregated reconciliations control framework including timely escalation

  • Process monthly fees for assets under management

  • Liaison with custodians and business partners

  • Ensure adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, relevant legislation, and regulatory requirements

Your profile

About You

  • Degree qualified in Finance, Business or Commerce

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Operations within Financial Services

  • Prior experience in reconciliations and cash management (Deserible)

  • A good understanding and knowledge of Australian & International Financial Markets, Managed Funds, Listed/Unlisted Assets and Custodial Structures
