About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Business Improvement team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality client reporting and supporting continuous improvement across our Operations function.

Your Responsibilities

  • Complete daily operational tasks and reporting checklists

  • Produce client reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly and annual)

  • Respond to reporting and operational queries from internal stakeholders

  • Provide administrative support to Delivery team for business led Projects

  • Support process improvement opportunities to create scale

  • Maintain self-service tools and operational reporting for internal teams

  • Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and operational standards

Your profile

About You

  • Experience in an operations role, ideally within financial services

  • Strong interest in data and reporting

  • Proficient in Excel, with interest in Tableau/Power BI

  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage recurring tasks

  • Quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce (preferred but not essential)
