Your challenge

In this role, you will support the Innovation Management team in a 40–60% employment capacity in daily operations as well as in the planning and implementation of our projects.

  • Support in maintaining and further developing LGT’s innovation framework

  • Support of our trend management processes

  • Support in validating innovative ideas through hypotheses and the execution of experiments

  • Coordination and support of LGT’s intrapreneurship program

  • Drafting relevant content for our internal communication channels

  • Support in fostering and promoting the innovation mindset within the organization

  • Opportunity to contribute your own ideas and initiatives

Your profile

  • Project management skills and banking or financial industry experience are an advantage; a strong interest in industry-related topics is required

  • Strong customer-focused mindset and communication skills

  • Analytical and organizational talent

  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to go the extra mile

  • Strong affinity and interest in new technologies and innovation-related topics

  • High level of initiative and commitment, with a strong focus on quality

  • High proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an asset
