LGT Wealth Management, one of the leading wealth managers in the UK and part of LGT Group, announces that Sanjay Rijhsinghani will become Chief Investment Officer from 1st January 2023. He succeeds Jonathan Marriott, who is retiring after forty years in the investment industry and nine years at the Company.
Sanjay is a founding Partner and currently Head of Portfolio Management at LGT Wealth Management, specialising in managing global investment mandates with multi-asset class solutions. He has played a key role in the Company’s development, joining the Management Board in 2016, as well as sitting on the Investment Committee and the Investment Risk Committee since inception. Sanjay joined the Company at the outset in 2008 from UBS Wealth Management. Prior to this, he was an Investment Director at Laing & Cruickshank, having started his career at Brewin Dolphin in 1994.
