Kickstart your career in wealth management

To help source and select candidates for our various early careers programs we have partnered with a variety of universities, a mix of educational charities/foundations and those promoting diversity and equality such as GAIN (Girls Are Investors), 10,000 Interns Foundation and UMushroom. Summer internship programme

Our summer internship programme runs for 8 weeks and will introduce you to the wealth management sector where you will develop your industry knowledge and gain on the job work experience enabling you to prepare for an excellent start in your career. 

12-month industry placement programme

Our 12-month industry placement programme will introduce you to the wealth management sector where you will work closely with the same team for the duration of the placement providing candidates with an opportunity to experience life in the workplace.

LGT graduate programme

Our graduate programme is an optimal entry point into the dynamic and international world of wealth management. This is an 18-month programme where you will have the opportunity to learn, travel and develop your skillset within wealth management. 

LGT graduate programme

Explore where your career in wealth management could lead. The LGT graduate programme offers graduates the chance to dive into the dynamic and international world of various areas within wealth management and IT. With support from your colleagues, you’ll deepen your knowledge and build a global network.

Onboarding week in Lichtenstein

During this onboarding week in Lichtenstein, you will learn more about LGT’s values and culture. You will also get to meet other graduates starting the Graduate programme.

Singapore seminar

During a two-week seminar in Singapore, you will familiarize yourself with the Asian market. You will also get to know colleagues in Singapore, and learn more about private banking in Asia and local companies.  

Social week

During a one-week volunteer assignment for a charitable or non-profit organization, you will expand your social skills and discover different perspectives. 

Other events

Other exciting events and seminars allow you to expand your know-how and develop your social and personal skills. Working with internal and external specialists enables you to build your professional network. 

Internships

Graduates gain insights into other areas of LGT through several internships. This will give you an overview and a better understanding of how to work with other departments in your future role, while also providing the opportunity to network with colleagues from other areas.
