UK Supplier Code of Conduct

LGT Wealth Management are a leading Wealth Manager in the UK. We champion an entrepreneurial, innovative and Sustainable culture via our investing and culturally throughout our business. 

Strategic Third-Party Supplier relationships are key to helping us achieve our evolving ambitions, we view these as partnerships and seek suppliers in our supply chain who will work with us transparently and openly to help create an excellent client experience. In relation to our supply chain, we aim to ensure our impact is mitigated by ensuring environmental, social and financial value is driven from each engagement we undertake. 

This document outlines how LGT Wealth Management’s policies and procedures in line with the LGT Group Supplier Code of Conduct and how that shapes the UK’s requirements when engaging with our supply chain. This also provides a guide as to how you can ensure you are meeting your obligations when contracting with us. This document applies to our Third-party and Outsourcing relationships.  

LGT Wealth Management’s Supplier Onboarding and Oversight Process

Supplier Engagement

Where possible, we shall endeavour to engage a minimum of 3 suppliers at outset. 

Supplier Selection

All suppliers who will engage with LGT Wealth Management will be run through a formal selection process.  

Supplier Onboarding

As an FCA-Regulated firm, all contracts are reviewed to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. All Suppliers will be put through a due diligence process at this stage. LGT Wealth Management may also require additional information when thresholds are reached when relating to Information Security, Data Protection and other regulatory needs. These will be outlined on a service-by-service basis.

Supplier Oversight

Regular meetings. Due diligence, and ongoing KPI monitoring will be in place for all suppliers attributed a medium risk or higher to our business.
