LGT Wealth Management is pleased to share the 2026 edition of our 360 Report, our annual sustainability report, this year focused on the theme of ‘Building resilient systems’.

Across economies and societies, the systems we depend on are facing growing pressure from environmental change, geopolitical events, demographic shifts and technological transformation. At the same time, the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence, rising infrastructure demands and changing expectations of businesses are reshaping the investment landscape in significant ways.

These forces are closely interconnected, with implications for supply chains, financial markets, resource security and social stability. For investors, understanding how these structural shifts interact is increasingly important. The resilience of natural systems, institutions and communities is now closely tied to economic outcomes.

The report is structured around two connected themes that also shape how we invest:

  • Cleaner economies: exploring how industries are adapting to use resources more efficiently, reduce pollution and build greater resilience across critical systems such as water, food and energy. A cleaner, more efficient economy can help support long-term prosperity by reducing pressure on natural resources and helping businesses and societies to adapt to change.

  • Healthier societies: focusing on the human side of resilience, from increased access to healthcare and health insurance, to the strengthening of communities and institutions. When people are healthier and more financially secure, businesses and economies are better positioned for sustainable, long-term growth.

Together, these themes demonstrate the interconnectivity of the systems around us, and how resilience across them is increasingly important for long-term investment outcomes.

The report also demonstrates how we engage with companies through stewardship, and how we support solutions through partnerships as well as traditional investments. Case studies throughout the report bring this approach to life.

Importantly, this approach is not limited to how we invest. It also shapes how we operate as a business. From our relationships with suppliers to the initiatives we support and the culture we build for our people, we aim to apply the same principles internally that we expect from the companies in which we invest.
